178 Terms & Conditions — Official Platform Terms of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 178 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to revision from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 178 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
Use of the 178 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that accessing online entertainment platforms is permitted under the laws applicable in your location. 178 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.
This platform is intended for users in Malaysia. Users from jurisdictions where such services are prohibited are solely responsible for complying with their local laws. 178 accepts no liability for use of the platform in violation of applicable local laws.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to register one account only on the 178 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 178 support team immediately at [email protected].
Platform Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from taking any action that could compromise the integrity of the 178 platform, including but not limited to: using automated software to manipulate games, attempting to hack or disrupt systems, sharing accounts with third parties, and providing false information during registration or transactions.
Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform, manipulate game outcomes or circumvent the payment system will result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable. 178 reserves the right to monitor account activity for security and fraud prevention purposes.
Payments, Deposits & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 178 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Successful deposits credited to your account are final and non-reversible except under specific circumstances at 178's sole discretion.
178 accepts a wide range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including TNG eWallet, FPX online banking, Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to set limits and may change from time to time. Users are advised to check the current limits before making any transaction.
For withdrawals, you are required to use the same payment method as your deposit, for security and anti-money laundering purposes. 178 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding set limits. Withdrawal processing times are within 1–3 business days, depending on the payment method selected.
Any deposit made through a third party or using a bank account not registered under the user's name will not be accepted and may result in the account being suspended pending investigation.

Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
178 Liability Limits
The 178 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 178 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including data loss, service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
178's total liability to any user claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
178 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, without prior notice, if there is a breach of these terms and conditions. Grounds for account suspension include: failed identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple account registrations, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms may not be entitled to claim any remaining balance in their account. Any appeal against an account closure decision may be submitted to the 178 support team via official channels within 14 days of the closure notice.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials on the 178 platform are the exclusive property of 178 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 178.
The 178 name and logo are registered trademarks protected by law. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Changes to Terms & Malaysian Law
178 reserves the right to amend, update or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any disputes.
